Does anyone have any experience of Greenwood nursery? It's in a lovely location (not the closest to us but we feel it would be worth the short bus ride) and ticks a few boxes so we recently had a tour.
BUT... when we met the owner we didn't get the right vibe from him - he wasn't particularly engaged with the tour (or humble with regards customer/client relations) and seemed irritated by normal/reasonable queries. He has since been a little curt and ill mannered also on email. It feels more like it was about the business and the money than a caring environment & service.
I'd love to hear other's thoughts?
