30 hours childcare

I am wondering about qualifying for 30 hours instead of 15. I work 15 hours per week and my lb currently does 15 hours. I have been offered 30 hours by his nursery and can't work out if I'm eligible. I work 15 hours but earn around £950 per month (paid 4 weekly).
Anyone know?

You need to go on the governments childcare choices website (I’m sure it’s called that). I think it does a type of questionnaire and then tells you what you are eligible for and if you are able to claim the 30 hours, you will be given a code to give to your setting who will claim the hours from the local authority for you. Does that make sense?

You have to be earning at least the equivalent of 16 hours at minimum wage to qualify
It’s easy to apply, you do it all online and then give the code you will get to the nursery
