If my child leave the nursery before off term time, will the nursery refund the fee that i have paid over the year every month for off term time...

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

What does the contract say? Don't you have to give notice?

fedup21 · 26/05/2019 13:28

I very much doubt it. What do you mean by ‘off term time’? The summer holiday?

hellooosweetheart · 26/05/2019 13:33

They won't because all nursery contracts say you still have to pay for when your child is not at nursery ( term time, holidays etc) and usually they require six weeks notice if you're leaving. They still have Council rates, staff wages, food etc bills to pay.

I doubt it
But you can always ask the nursery
