I am a nursery nurse (level 3 and studying degree) I love my job and have always talked about owning my own nursery one day although this always felt a pipe dream.
However the owner of the nursery I work in is retiring and the opportunity is there to take over the successful business. Realistically this is a fantastic opportunity and probably the only way I'd ever own my own although obviously quite an overwhelming thought!
I'm not even sure what I'm asking other than would you agree that this is a great opportunity? Would you go for it? What would you change about your job if you could?
