Bloody mucus in green stool

I’ve a 14 weeks old boy and he’s having green mucus poo since Sunday, today also I noticed bloody brown mucus. I’ve been at the gp and she literally didn’t say anything but I mentioned her the cows milk allergy and she said to try 2 weeks without it. Today I took ds to out of hours gp cuz of the blood and she neither said anything except you can go to A&E if happens again 😕
Anyone else had passed the same situation or know something? On internet it says that probably it’s an bacterial infection.
I’m getting too worried 😕

Are you bf or ff? Have you gone dairy free? It normally takes about 6 weeks to get out of your system.

That's exactly how my ds got diagnosed with CMPA so i would definitely pursue that. If you're BF cut dairy from your diet for 6 weeks then challenge with a glass of milk or something to confirm. If I'm completely honest the NHS doesn't provide much help for CMPA with breastfeedinf. I saw a dietitian once and was discharged. I learnt a lot more from various Facebook groups. If you're FF try a different GP to have formula prescribed?

Sounds like CMPA and how my dd's starters. Cut out diary completely if BF and you should see a difference soon

It’s my first time posting something and I neither saw where I was posting 🙈
I’m bf, I’ve tried to exclude cows milk products a month ago and it seems that he was getting better cuz also he’s colic, but later I thought I was cuz of he’s 3 months old and colic it’s calming down and I started again eating cows milk products but in small amounts ( cheese+cream once a week).
Now I’m trying again to exclude those since I saw his green stool 😕

Is he straining hard when he does a poo. My wee one did this and tore her a little bit hence the blood.

He takes a bit of effort when he poo and when he farts ( from colic I think) but his poo it’s watery

If he is 14 weeks old and you suspect a cows milk allergy DO NOT GIVE HIM A GLASS OF MILK.

It sounds like you have cut out dairy, seen an improvement and reintroduced and seen a significant reaction. Continue to exclude dairy, check everything, and ask for a referral to am allergy clinic.

He has also reflux but also this it seemed like was getting better
These 2 days he started vomiting again little amounts of milk( pieces of milk) but all the time, except during night
And he’s crying more than usual and he seems in pain, his tummy makes noises( also has done before but not that much)
Also he’s feeding less amounts but more frequently and he cries during feed, he unlatch cries, he latch again sucks 1-2 times, unlatch again and do this till he doesn’t want to latch again( not cuz he doesn’t want to drink, but it seems that the pain of his tummy doesn’t let him)
It’s like too many things 😕
I don’t know what to do 😕 I’m feeling a bad mom really
When he cries and I can’t soothe him, it’s the worst feeling ever had 😔

Just to clarify I meant challenge by drinking a glass of milk yourself, definitely not a glass of milk for your 14 week old! That's how CMPA is diagnosed...

Anyway, from your update I would definitely cut all dairy if I were you. All classic symptoms of an intolerance. If you elimate dairy and he's still unhappy, go back to GP. My son was utterly miserable for the first 3 months of his life. When we finally figured it out he was a million times happier.
