I'm really looking forward to starting as I left my nanny family when the ex-nanny returned.
I am going to enjoy the stability and so on, but was wondering what people like to see in a Nursery. What is it that makes you walk out of there thinking, "OK I'm glad I have somewhere like this to leave my LO"
