Computershare vouchers

I have been contributing to the above for several months but now wish to increase my weekly amount.
I’ve tried to do this online but seems to only want to increase it with effective date back to when I started?
I’ve tried phoning and emailing them but going round in circles.
Now they are saying I need to end my current vouchers and then ‘remember’ to phone them in a few weeks to increase the amount for the date I want it.
You’d think it would be as simple as saying increased amount and effective date but it appears not.
Help!

If this is part of a voucher scheme don't end it as you may not be able to get back in!

I could increase mine by logging in to the online site - had missed it for the current month but it came into effect from the next payroll month.
Could you speak to your payroll provider so they can check the change has gone through?
