Nursery and Holiday club

I have signed up my DS for holiday club he is 4 and DD is 2.5 and shes signed up for the nursery.

I pay £48 for her all included (£50 non-refundable deposit)
I pay £20 for him,(£20 non-refundable deposit) they take the children out or do activities,

My question is if i give enough notice am I able to cancel his day and not be charged? I know i would still be charged for DD as you pay for the place, but i thought with it being holiday club surely with a bit of notice it should be fine.
I also have to send him with a packed lunch every time, whether or not they go out. I would have thought the £20 would have covered that?

Any one have similar holiday clubs?
Thanks

It depends on the terms and conditions of the holiday club. Suggest you ask them for a copy.

All the holiday clubs I've used require the child to bring a packed lunch whether they are going out of not.

The cancellation policies have varied from needing a month's notice to 7 days to no notice at all to get your money back - all depends on what's in the Ts & Cs.
