Looking for a nursery for my DD to attend three days a week early next year. She will be around ten months old then.

We’ve arranged to visit a nursery that was recommended to us by a friend on Friday and, as I’m new to all this, I wondered if anyone had any advice about what questions to ask and what to look for?

I’d ask about key workers, tracking their progress, how long they have to eat lunch, age of the children in the room, outings if they go on any, outside/freeflow play, routine how and if they will follow yours. What happens if your child don’t eat will it be offered again or if she’s asleep will it be offered after. You can ask to see all staff qualifications if you like.

Thats the kind of thing I’d be asking hopenit helps
