Info about my child

Completing the nursery forms about my DC and had a total mind blank. The form has already asked for info such as sleeping/eating routine, favourite activities/books/interests, allergy's. It is now asking me for additional information I would like to give them about DC. Remember a similar post on here a while back and know there was some good ideas on what info just can't remember what they were? If anyone has any ideas please?

As well as popping things down about his daily routine, add things about what makes him tick. What's his favourite thing to do, what makes him sad and scared. Do you guys as a family have any traditions or holidays you stick too.

The nursery want to know the child as best they can do anything. Think of what makes your child unique and write it down!

Names of people or pets, for body parts and needing to pooh/wee if they are not obvious.

Ideas for what might soothe them if they're upset. Favourite songs.
