15 hours funding

Hi all. Hoping for some advice on this?
My daughter attends nursery in surrey where I work but we have recently moved to West Sussex. I have just been given my funding form for the new term and am having a worry that I won't be allowed to get the 15 hours as we live in a different county now? Can anyone advise? Am I being silly? Not sure how it all works?

Funding is linked to the nursery not where the child lives. So it's fine.

What the county council will check is that funding is not being used twice, so not claiming in West Sussex and Surrey.
