Our LO has been at this nursery for some time now however we have had a number of issues which have been highlighted to the manager who appears to take the issues seriously and has been apologetic but it isn't long before staff resort back to bad practices.
It's got to a point where it's become embarrassing to raise anymore issues for us as we don't want to come across problematic parents or cause any repercussions for our LO.
The nursery is part of an independent school and we pay alot of money but there is nothing special about this nursery so far. We feel deceived as what was sold to us prior to signing up certainly isn't what our LO has experienced....
Has any other parents experienced this at nursery??
