I'm certain you cannot open for the day and accept children without a level three there, correct? Any see that part in the EYFS but I'm on my phone so it's a bit hard

Half the staff need to be level 3

Yes you need a level 3, also a level 3 in each age group and half the other staff must be qualified to level 2 or above
