I'm not connected with the nursery in any way. I have never knowingly been to Leicestershire. I just accidentally found it while Googling for jobs. The deadline for applications was last summer. I think it's a great and fun list of some of the qualities you need to work in a nursery.

I like it too, it is important to find the right personality because otherwise there is a bad atmosphere. I work for a small new law firm with a very characterful director. She did a long job description including saying that you could 'stroll in after rush hour'! That caused a bit of a ruckus with other staff as we felt the person recruited may be a bit casual. She's changed it a bit now!
