Hey,

New here, just a quick question. Child confidentiality at nurseries, are teachers/staff allowed to talk about children to other people, how they acted at nursery, if they were off etc?

Depends what other people

  • childminder collecting them - yes
  • grandparent collecting them - yes
  • their paediatrician - yes
  • other members of staff - yes
  • random other person - no
