3 to 4 days at nursery

Dc3 currently does 3 nursery days, a day at home with me and a day with a nanny. Nanny cannot continue her one day with us for very understandable economic reasons. All the kids have known her since forever, she is very lovely.

I liked dc3 only doing 3 days at nursery and having 2 'home' days in the week but can't imagine recruiting a new nanny for only 1 day a week. I don't want anymore commitment to nannys than that at this point in life/job. Also means that the one safe day in the school holidays where the nanny would have all three is now gone.

Anyone any advice? Childcare seems to be such a constantly moving thing!
