Do childminders still charge if you tell them a month in advance that a child won't be with them one day? What about if they are also claiming the government grant for the child?

Depends on your contract mine charges half rate for days DD doesn't go as long as I give a months notice.

I would, but it's in my contracts, so that's where you need to look.
