Going back to work, Any advice on what's the best childcare routine?

Hi, I'm going back to work 4 days in Sept :(

The plan is grandma 2 days and then nursery 2 days.
Do you think it would better to have 2 consistent for each. For example
Mon-Tues (Grandma) and Weds-Thurs (Nursery) Or is better to mix it up?

I work three days. My DD is with grandparents Monday, nursery Wednesday and Thursday and me on a Tuesday and Friday.

I think two consecutive nursery days helped her settle in, and she likes the routine. She's exhausted at the end of the two days as she rarely naps when she's there but I don't mind as Friday's tends to be a quiet playdate day for us.
