Playgroup fees

I understand this may be in the wrong place but i dont know where it goes. I have just recieved an email with an invoice for dds sessions at playgroup. She attended one session in march (just started) and i am getting charged for 5 sessions in april the total for that should be £42, i am also getting charged a further £20 for admin fees but i wasnt told about these at all. I was however told that i would need to pay £20 when she started but i already have and i have proof of this in a bank statement could it be that they are trying to charge me twice? I did tell them that i paid it but i didnt have my invoice number (they didnt send it until now) so i put dds name instead and they said that it would be fine. I sent an email but i havent heard back and the payment needs to be done by the 12th of aprik or i will be charged. Should i just pay £42 since i have already paid £20 and phone them tomorrow to discuss this or should i pay the full £62? I am getting worried and i dont want to be charged.

We also came to an agreement that i could pay weekly instead of monthly and this is an invoice for 1 month.

It is quite a faff to raise weekly invoices, they may have raised a single monthly one hoping you would pay at the beginning of each week.

I would just pay the fees and not the £20 admin fee and send an email explaining that you have paid the £20 with details of the payment so they can trace it
