Good children nurseries near Beckenham Lane

Hi, my italian relatives are new in Bromley and wish to send their little girl to a nursery school near Beckenham Lane area.
Could anybody advice which one is the best and how to start the process of enrolment? We are not very familiar with the British school system and don't know where to start. Are there any state nursery schools? Are there any Italian mum having the same problem or resolved the problem already? Please, give us some advices. Thank you.

Any Italian mum in the area. My niece is in her early thirties and when she comes she would like to connect with other italian mums in the area.
