I looked at one (they were effectively the emergency childcare service provided by my employer) Lack of continuity of staff and heavy reliance on bank staff were my main issues. The rooms, etc were fine and well-equipped and the children had access to out of doors. However do read the OFSTED report - my one had a "satisfactory" report whereas I would always seek out a Good or Very Good. In terms of foundation stage the children I know who started school from Teddies tend to be behind their peers at numeracy and literacy but ahead in terms of social skills and sharing. But that could be down to the individuals rater than the nursery - hard to say! In my experience there were better and cheaper alternatives localy.
