Hello, I am hoping to get some honest feedback on Teddies and Horseshoe nurseries in Esher. I need to start my children at nursery in the new year and am struggling with which nursery to pick. I have no experience of nurseries. My children are 3 years old and 17 months. They will attend 3 to 3.5 days a week. I've viewed both Teddies and Horseshoe but feel frozen by indecision and nervousness to pick the right one. Originally Teddies stood out for me as the staff seemed nicer, it's smaller and lower staff turnover. However, objectively Horseshoe has the better outdoor space and indoor facilities. Anything you can share on your experiences of the nurseries would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
