Cancelling a Just Learning Nursery Place

My dd was due to start at a Just Learning Nursery on the 3rd Jan. I am now concerned that I may not be able to get to work on time from this nursery and I am looking at one closer. If I decide to cancel my dd place at the Just Learning nursery, I will obviously lose the deposit, but will I incur any other charge?

They may charge you for the balance of the month's notice in that case , especially if they can't fill the place.
