Pre School staff member using inappropriate language

Today at pick up time at my sons Pre School, a member of staff used language that I would deem inappropriate.

The member of staff asked another parent if her child had a bag with her, the Mother said no she forgot the bag. The member of staff said when she asked her daughter if she had a bag, she said "No I do not" in a really huffy voice.

And the member if staff said "Well there is no need to be a bitch about it"

The mother seemed to laugh if off...

She said it in a joking way but I still think it is not appropriate to use language like that in front of parents and children, should I mention this to the manager?

Am I being unreasonable?

Are you sure she said bitch and not witch ? I would mention it if you're sure about what you heard.

Completely inappropriate.

Just vile even witch would be unacceptable

I would only allow witch because OP said it was jokey rather than a telling off.
