I am attending an interview tomorrow for an under 2's unit room leader... Any advice on questions I will be asked?

Lots of scenarios.

A child has bitten 6 times in the last 2 days. What do you do?

A parent is complaining about their child going home with a soiled nappy. What do you say?

And,

Tell us about a board display you thought worked well and tell us why it worked so well.

What are your tips to a good lunchtime? (And how do you define a good lunchtime?)

Stuff like that. A balance of curriculum, childcare, customer relations, and staff/team questions.
