Thought we'd initiate this thread to get fresh discussion going to help new parents with nursery choices in SE23.
Our child attended Oak Tree in Boveney Road for a significant period of time. Initially we were delighted however in time became increasingly troubled by the high turnover of excellent staff and the tone of management communications with parents which left us feeling less than a valued customer. In our opinion, the best selling point of this place is the proximity to the station and there it ends. It's a great shame. This nursery could be amazing if only they realised the importance of treating customers with respect and valuing and respecting their hard working team....
