I am looking to start up a nursery in South Lincolnshire. I have a young child myself and haven't been able to find somewhere I've felt totally comfortable with for a wide variety of reasons! I'm also an early years professional (Early years PGCE from Cambridge University) and running a nursery has been a dream of mine for a long time.
I am just trying to figure out if there is a need in this area for a flexible, unique, high quality, affordable day nursery.
I would also be interested to hear what is most important to you when looking for childcare? Price, staff personalities and qualifications, forest school, farm location, flexible hours? Anything else?
Very grateful for any help or opinions.
