Hi I have just registered my nearly 3yo boy at this nursery and few days ago I heard ofsted closed the premises after a complaint been made on july/14.
They reopened recently and I have checked the ofsted report on how they have addressed the issues concerned safeguarding and suggested further training for the staff and all the staff has been cleared of major concerns.
The problem is it just left me with a very uneasy feeling of not knowing exactly what happened. Also the number of children attending is really low for such a lovely, clean and organised place. J seems to enjoy his settling in hours and the staff seems caring.
Does anyone knows what happened? Is there any parent in this thread that still have a child there? I would love to meet parents to discuss this issue. Please come forward!!
