vouchers and maternity leave

Hi Really not sure where to post this so apologies if wrong section. Does anyone know what the deal is with vouchers and maternity leave? Have been told (by Busy bees) that you're not allowed them in case your earnings drop below the NI threshold but what about if you are on the 90% pay weeks and if so what happens if you're on no pay? Thanks in advance.

Hi, a few of my mums have claimed on maternity leave, as long as you have enough pa to cover what you want to claim, that's fine. Your partner/husband can also claim - he won't have reduced salary, so at least youn can gain some benfit.
