Free childcare for 2 and 3 years old

Hi I'm new to this

  • what is the eligibility for 2 year old
  • what is the eligibility for a 3 year old - is there a difference?
  • also how soon do you need to register your child?

I have been emailing nurseries and disappointing got no response.
