council have revoked EYF

Hey,

My nursery has been caught charging top-up fees for its free hours (because the govt funding is less than the cost per hour) - someone complained and the council have revoked the nursery's funding. Has anyone managed to get the funding back and how did you do it?

if they have withdrawn from the scheme I doubt they are wanting to rejoin it any time soon
you might be better looking at a different nursery

Do you mean the nursery you run/work at, or the nursery your child attends?
