I'm a journalist looking for mums or childcare workers who have concerns about nurseries their child has attended or they've worked at. If you'd like to share your story in complete confidence, please drop me a line on

Many thanks

I know it is probably not as exciting or contentious, but in the interests of balance & not terrifying potential WOHMs into frenzies of guilt & self-flagelation, could you do an article about mums who have really loved the nurseries that their children have attended at some point Julia?

Should this be under MEDIA and isnt there a fee payable to MN?

I think Julia may have started out in Media and due to lack of response popped her request in Nurseries too...
TBH Julia, if we have problems with our daycare we tend to contact the manager and do the old discuss and resolve thingy.
I think very few people are going to willingly tell you about their nursery experiences if the impression they have is that you consider their choice of daycare has become a nightmare...mightn't they feel a teeny bit judged by the Guardian?
