I have a floor plan
I have a reasonable sized kitchen
I have an innovative moveable method of separation for different areas
I have a reasonable idea about staffing
I am starting to understand Nursery Education/Gov Vouchers etc
I have a good estimate of my landscaping costs
I have a reasonable estimation of the cost of the building
I have a reasonable estimation of the cost of installing it
I might have a name

I am getting massive support from Skribble, Bubble99 & Alibaldi (in America) - Thanks to you all - I do appreciate all your help

Lots of other people have helped too - Thank you all as well

I'm kinda taking stock and seeing where I am & I guess, what I need to do next

What do I need to do now?

Hiya,
Have you seen a business adviser?
Im seting up in business (as a Doula and Alternative Therapist, so nowhere as big as what you are doing), and Ive been in contact with Business eye (not sure if its just in wales though!). they offer your loads of courses about everything really, from staffing to book-keeping.
Might be worth having a look

Hi Jofeb04

Good luck with your business

I am seeing NEAT (our version I think) tomorrow - it will be my third meeting

I currently run a business with a fairly large turnover and employ about 4 staff

This is such a big jump tho' I'm a bit scared
