Hi, is there anybody who can recommend a day nursery in Wandsworth area in SW London?
DD is 3 months at the moment and I would like to put her to nursery when she's around 1 year old. Is this good time to start finding nursery or am I too late?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I don't think you'll be too late
I'm about to start looking myself for my toddler

Friends of mine use Ecole des Benjamins & Dolphin and are happy with both

What do you want from the nursery? Full-time or part time? Where in Wandsworth?

MiaMamma · 14/08/2006 11:15

Thinking of part-time - three days a week.
Live in Southfields, so near there. Or Clapham would be good as well.

Little Hall Gardens on the junction of Durnsford Rd & Revelstoke Road is very good. Give them a call & ask to speak to Laura. 020 8947 7058

Have heard good things about Anglo-Spanish near Clapham COmmon. Remember to also check Ofsted reports several of the ones I had thought fine have had really bad reports recently. Sorry I'm not really focussing at the moment will think some more later. Do you need 8-6 or are shorter hours OK? (big price/choice difference)

MiaMamma · 15/08/2006 10:09

Thank you everybody
Yes, I'm thinking 8-6 and 3 days a week.

I have my little boy in Noddys Nursery in Putney. But they have their main nursery in Trinity Church Hall, Beaumont Road, Southfields SW19 6SP. Tel: 020 8785 9191.

I have been really really delighted with it and most importantly, my little guy seems incredibly happy there. He went in at a year old, which i thought was a nice time. I felt a bit less guilty because he was a able to move about and bit more independent.
