I would really welcome recommendations for nurseries, child care, crèches etc in Worcester. My baby is just two weeks old and I'll have to return to work when he's 9 - 12 months old.

Thanks folks

Watching with interest as I also need to find a nursery (for a 2.5Yo) in Worcester. Whereabouts in the city are you based?

My 3.5 yr old DD goes to Offerton Farm Nursery near the Warriors stadium. It is on a farm and they do Forest School there too. Shes been there since she was 9 months old. I like it because it is an independent nursery and they do lots of outdoor activities. They have a large undercover play area so they can be outside even when wet. I preferred this to some of the other larger chain nurseries where I got the impression they were more interested in 'ticking boxes' and filling out paperwork for how many times each child sneezed in a day than they were in actually playing with them and doing activities with them.

I've now found several on the West side of the river which are nice. Poppins comes highly recommended, little grow bags at Bransford, magic moments at dines green children's centre and Unitots at the Uni.
