The place I work appears to have experienced a small baby boom amongst the staff members (not with eachother).

So one of the girls who's recently fallen pg, has asked me to help her try and convince the director (who's wife also recently had a baby), to set up a nursery in-house as it were.

Can someone please help me out here, what kind of money will we need to set up a nursery, (we've certainly got the floor space), where/how will we hire the staff, what should staff to kids ratio be, how much would good qualified nursery teachers cost us (we're in central london), what age groups are rooms supposed to be split in. What else should I take into consideration??

I need to put together a convincing plan and go in and speak to the bloke (lovely chap and very affable). If we got a nursery going it would be the answer to all our prayers.
I want it to be done properly as obviously our little ones will be attending.

All help/suggestions greatly appreciated.
