Changing nurseries when new baby due

I am interested in your advice! DS is currently in a fabulous nursery that he loves. Sadly, though, he has to leave there when he turns 2 in early September. (The reason it's been so fabulous is that the nursery only caters for under 2s!) Thing is, I am having another baby and am due the same week he turns two, so the same week that the nursery switch would occur. (We're still hoping to keep him in nursery 2 days a week after baby comes)

I'm really not sure what to do. Move nurseries earlier, so he doesn't have to shift at the same time the baby's due, even though that means spending less time in the excellent nursery? Just make the switch at the same time? I just don't know and any advice is greatly appreciated.

I'd move nurseries earlier. I think a sibling and a new nursery in one go would be too much.

definately move him earlier. new baby and change of nursery both at same time for a 2 year old is very tough Sad i would change nursery asap. have you found a new one?

Thanks for the advice Smile We've found another that we could move to sooner, but have been reluctant as love his current one so much. I will have to think about moving him though I think ...
