Nursery/Pre-School SOFTWARE requirements *HELP*

Hi,
I'm posting this in a couple of threads as not sure where to get the best exposure.
I'm on the committee for an (expanding) private pre-school and we're struggling with accounting/invoicing software.
I'm the treasurer (qualified accountant) and so have knowledge of accounting software so have been recommending we purchase Sage but have no idea whether it would be useful when invoicing for school places. We have Childsplay but it is a ROYAL NIGHTMARE and so I'm hoping that someone will be able to advise me.
We used to use Excel for the invoicing which was arduous at best but far less hassle than the Childsplay software.
Can anyone help?

We use Nursery Manager it works for us but it requires a lot of information to imput before you can use it but it works well for what we need as we have a large number of children to invoice at the start of the month
