When did you get your children Twinrix vaccination?

My chidren are starting in nursery next year. I think the need to get vaccinated against Hepatitis A/B. I have heard some children bite others and it is possible to get infected in this way.

neither of mine have had it and it is not on the vaccination schedule so will not get it unless required for travel abroad. I have never heard of it being given due to biting at nursery
