Does this sound a fair pricing policy?

Just got form for new nursery.
Price is £16 per session for 2yo ds. Sounds fair enough to me - more or less what I'm paying at the mo. But then read further and it says a session is 3 hours. Then you can pay 2 x £4 p.h extra. So imo a half day session is £24.
Not so good - its only £30 for the full day.
Am I being picky?

That sounds odd, and expensive. Is it a private day nursery?

I know - its only 3 min walk from new house - but I think I'll investigate other options. They don't even provide lunch!
