I am sorry to gate crash your discussion board, but I have just started a PGCE in Early Years and have been given a task to research a range of individuals' thoughts on nursery provision. If you have got time, I would be extremely grateful if you would please answer the following questions for me...
- Do you think that nursery provisions should be freely available? Why?
- Do you agree with children going to nursery? Why?
- Do you agree with a curriculum for 3-5 year olds? Why?
- If you have children, what do they do or did they do at nursery?
- What do you think is important at that age? Why?
- What would you say is the main motivator for parents/carers choosing to send their child to nursery?
- Please can you give a brief overview of your background i.e. job, area of living, number of children?
