My dd was very clingy for a long time. Severe separation anxiety. I was worried about her starting nursery because until a few weeks ago I couldn't move for her crying. Even though she could freely follow me around.
Anyway, she started nursery today and happily toddled off to play. Didn't even panic when she saw me leaving. I only left her for a short time until she is fully settled but came back to reports of her sharing and being lovely. I am so relieved and proud of her.
Just hope she doesn't show her stubborn side too soon!
