Looking Glass Nursery, Tooting Bec

I'm looking at sending my 8mth old daughter here and was wondering if anyone has any personal experience of it?
I've heard through a couple of locals that there were staffing issues a few years ago but that it is since under new management.
I'd like to know what these 'staffing issues' were and if the place has improved since then?
Anyone with kids that are currently there or have gone there?

I paid the deposit here for my son who was 7mo but when it came to settling in I changed my mind and put him with a childminder. It is good, clean, nice food, from what I can see. However it was v big and noisy and overwhelming, in my opinion. my DS is a timid boy and I thought that would be too much for him, and he is thriving at the CM.

I expect you realise the size though if you've looked round? The staff seemed ok but not fantastic to me.
