To change or not to change?

My Ds has been attending the same nursery since he was 9 months old and I have always been very happy with it until he moved into the pre-school room when he turned 3 in feb. I do not like the main room - feel it is soulless, drab and uninspiring. I do not like his key worker she is very old school and looks uninterested by everything. However I think that all the other staff who also work in preschool are fine and his old key worker who is FAB sometimes works in there. He has lots of friends and it is almost like a second family ( he has spent all his life there!). I am conscious that he will spend another year there until he goes to school next september. There is another nice nursery I could move him to. I'm a teacher so Ds doesn't go to nursery over summer hols so think this would be an ideal time to make the swop, but I just don't know?!

If he is happy then I would let him stay.

Obviously its up to you, but I wouldn't uproot my ds unless there was a very good reason or he was unhappy.

It sounds like he gets on well there :)
