Hiya to all the mums in Waterbeach (hopefully)

I am moving to Waterbeach in August and I am looking for a good nursery to send my 2 year old daughter. Ideally I would like to find a nursery in the village itself, but I can drive. However if I do have to drive I would like it to be in a 10 minute drive radious (if that makes sense) I would be grateful for any suggestions on advice.

Thanks

I live in Waterbeach and there are quite a few nurseries nearby:

BeachBabies - my 19 mo DS goes here and we've been happy with it but I think they are full until August 2013. Worth checking though.

Stanton Farm Day Nursery - don't have a website but if you email they will send you a brochure. Couple of my friends go here and really like it. Cheaper than beach babies and has really nice outdoor space.

Wendy House - opened last year and heard good things about it. Owner is an ex-OFSTED inspector I'm told.

Kids Unlimited - On the Science park. Again I know people who are happy with it and but it's a bit bigger than the rest. Might take more than 10 minutes as the traffic can be bad in the morning.

There is also Rosie's childcare in Waterbeach which is a bit of a halfway house between a childminder and nursery as it is a couple of childminders working together. They just had a feature in the Waterbeach news that comes round so looks like they might be expanding. Again, I know someone who is there that is happy with it.

Hi there,
We are also moving to Waterbeach in September and looking for a nursery for my 3 n1/2 year old. We were looking to move to Cambridge and I managed to get a place for my daughter at patacake Sedley Court, it was difficult but we got it. Now we found a lovely house in Waterbeach and seriously considering giving up her place in patacake and taking her to one of the other nurseries around Waterbeach. Did you put your daughter in any nursery in Waterbeach? I read one very bad review about Stanton Farm Day Nursery but it's the only place that have spaces. Can anyone help and give me some advice?
