My gorgeous daughter is 4 and has been attending the same nursery since 6 months, in past have had a few issues and these have been resolved but now in her finl months they have taken away her key worker and no one familiar in her room as she desperately dislikes going and i hate taking her even after a chat with manager she tells me the financial aspects of nursery would not allow her key worker back but the new ones in room are not greeting children! have complained to the EYFSand they are investigating but can take time, i have offer of a friend to have her 2 of the days and her old key worker has agreed to look after her on her day off at my home. in 12 week s she starts at a child minder in prep for BIG school, although my daughter loves the idea of the change would a huge change like this and then to change again in 12 weeks be more upsetting for her than keeping to our current arrangement? DD also suffers wee wee accidents at nursery all day and we are struggling to control this and wondered if the change is what she needs to settle her? please help :-( xxx
