My ds is one and has been attending nursery one day a week since january. on the last 3 occasions there haas been major tears when i drop him off. this morning was the worst and he clung to me and i found it so hard to leave him ... im now battling my iwn own tears on the bus! not sure what has changed as he was never bothered before... just suppose i need rrassurance im doing the right thing. my sister thinks putting him in nursery 2 days might help as he will be more familiar?

My dd used to go through phases of this but don't worry it will be fine. I know it is heart wrenching when they do that. If you are worried ring up half an hour later and see if they have settled down and are ok - I used too Smile. My dd1 is nearly 3 now and loves going. My dd1 9 months is about to start as I have to go back to work....
