Is it better to keep them in one pre-school where they know the routine etc or split it between 2 different places????

don't understand .. I wouldn't have thought you would be allowed to do this by the pre-school

I think its far better to keep them in one place

why do you want to split it?

without knowing your circs I would say deffo one

ds only went to one, dd did 2 for a term before starting school elsewhere. Don't think it makes much odds tbh. Logistically one place is certainly easier but it depends why you are considering it and what your child would get out of it.

Depends on the kid DS1 stayed at nursery because he loved it and also did some pre-school so he would know some of the kids starting school with him. The pre-school didn't offer 5 sessions either so I could use some of the nursery grant towards the fees at nursery. He thrived on being very busy and out of the house DD is different and quite happy at home.
