Hello All

I am planning to move from Scotland to London with my three children when I plan on going back to work. My children are between 1 and 3. I have not finalised a location to live but looking at areas in Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Weybridge, Shepperton etc. I have a couple of questions.

  1. Any recommedations for good nursuries. Equally are they any bad ones that I should stear clear of?
  2. What are the good areas in west London within the M25 for families which are family friendly, near parks, safe etc.

Thanks in advance.

Richmond is lovely, Kew is fantastic, Ealing is a good place for kids (soooo much to do).

I don't know nurseries in the areas you mention, but wanted to ask if you've considered a nanny because it will probably be cheaper than paying for 3 children to go to a day nursery. They're very expensive in west london and many nurseries (the good ones) are so oversubscribed that you may struggle to get 3 in the same nursery.
