hi, we're moving to haslemere in the new year and are looking for a nursery for our 3 year old. We need at least an 8.30-6 day which limits us I think to caring daycare, timbers or toad hall?? Does anyone have any advice from experience, please? Also any other haslemere kids stuff. Thanks

They are all pretty good as day nurseries go, friends 3 year old and 2 year old both at Caring Daycare and love it. The pre-schools are a bit nicer but they are not those hours, unless you did pre-school with childminder pick-up.

Other kids stuff, Heron's leisure centre has stuff on almost everyday, plus a soft-play area, kids pool etc. Museum is great, rainbow rooms craft shop does craft sessions. Lots of parks, rec grounds, other kids and more toy shops than you know what to do with....

We are ex Haslemere and DS went to Caring Daycare in Woolmerhill and was very happy there - they have a great garden.

Echo the Herons and Rainbow rooms - also a good Kindermusik group at the St Johns Ambulance hut at the top of Wey Hill
